Expired Verification Documents
If your verification documents have expired, you will be required to upload updated and valid documents in order to continue trading.
Regulatory requirements mean that identification and proof of address documents must remain current. Until updated documents are successfully reviewed and approved, access to certain account features may be restricted.
We recommend uploading new documents as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your trading activity.
Opening Additional Accounts
If your first trading account has already been successfully verified, you will not be required to resubmit your documents when opening additional accounts under the same legal entity.
Your existing verification will be reused, provided:
• Your personal details remain unchanged
• Your documents are still valid
• No additional regulatory checks are required
In some cases, we may request updated information if required by regulatory or compliance obligations.
