How to Make an Internal Transfer
You can transfer funds between your trading accounts directly from My Account.
To make an internal transfer, follow these steps
Sign in to My Account
Select Requests
Click Internal Transfers
Choose the accounts you wish to transfer funds between
Enter the transfer amount and submit the request
Once submitted, the transfer will be processed in accordance with internal procedures.
Important Information
• Internal transfers are only available between accounts held in the same name
• Both accounts must be active and accessible
• Transfers are subject to available balance and open position requirements
• Processing times may vary depending on account status and system checks
