Withdrawal Routing Policy
For security, compliance, and anti money laundering AML reasons, all withdrawals must follow the same route as your original deposit method. This ensures funds are returned to the verified source of payment used to fund your trading account.
How it works
When you make a deposit, that payment method becomes the primary route for withdrawals up to the total amount you deposited.
Once your deposited amount has been fully returned, any additional profits can be withdrawn using another available method for example a different card, e wallet, or crypto wallet.
Examples
Card deposit example
You deposit 300 USD using your Visa card.
Your account balance grows to 450 USD deposit 300 USD plus 150 USD profit.
You must first withdraw 300 USD back to the same Visa card used for the deposit.
The remaining 150 USD profit can then be withdrawn via another method for example bank transfer, crypto, or a different wallet.
Multiple deposit example
You deposit 200 USD by card and later another 200 USD via crypto.
Your balance reaches 600 USD total deposits 400 USD plus 200 USD profit.
You must withdraw 200 USD back to your card and 200 USD back to your crypto wallet before requesting the 200 USD profit through another method of your choice.
Bank transfer example
You deposit 1,000 USD via bank transfer.
Your balance increases to 1,300 USD profit of 300 USD.
The first 1,000 USD must be returned to the same bank account used for the deposit.
After that, the 300 USD profit can be withdrawn via another supported method.
Important notes
This rule applies to all clients and withdrawal requests, regardless of amount or profit size.
Requests that do not follow the original deposit route may be delayed or rejected for security reasons.
Verification KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
This process helps ensure your funds are returned safely and in compliance with international financial regulations.
