You can cancel a withdrawal request directly from My Account, provided it has not yet been processed.
To cancel a withdrawal, follow these steps
Sign in to My Account
Select Requests
Click Withdrawal
Locate the pending withdrawal request
Choose the option to cancel the request
Important Information
• Withdrawals can only be cancelled if they are still pending
• Once a withdrawal has been processed, it cannot be cancelled
• Cancelled withdrawals will return the funds to your trading account balance
