Withdrawals returned to the same card used for your deposit are typically processed within 24 hours. After processing, the final timing will depend on how quickly your bank credits the funds back to your card.
If your withdrawal exceeds your original deposit amount and needs to be sent to a different destination (for example, you deposited by card, made a $100 profit, and wish to withdraw that profit to your bank account), we will first refund the original deposit back to your card.
Our team will then contact you to collect your bank details for the remaining amount. Once these details are received, the additional funds are usually processed within 12 hours.
