Why Trading May Be Disabled
The most common reason trading is disabled on the MetaTrader 5 platform is that your account has not yet been fully verified.
Verification is required before trading can be enabled and must be completed through your client portal.
How to Enable Trading
To enable trading, log in to your client portal and complete the account verification process by submitting the required documents.
Once your documents have been reviewed and approved, trading access will be enabled automatically.
