Why do I need to upload documents?
We are required to verify all customers before allowing access to trading accounts, payouts, or withdrawals.
This is part of global AML and KYC regulations and helps protect both you and our platform from fraud, identity theft, and financial crime.
Verification is handled securely by our third-party provider Sumsub.
What types of documents are accepted?
Proof of Identity
You must upload one valid government-issued photo ID.
Accepted documents include

The document must be:
• Valid and not expired
• Clearly visible in full
• Issued by a recognised authority
• Not a screenshot
Proof of Address
You must upload one document showing your current residential address.
Accepted documents include
• Utility bill

• Council tax bill
The document must:
• Be issued within the last 3 months
• Clearly show your full name
• Clearly show your residential address
• Match the address entered during registration
Screenshots and handwritten documents are not accepted.

Files must be clear, readable, and not compressed to the point where details are blurred.
How do I upload my documents?

Navigate to the verification section
Follow the on-screen instructions
Upload the requested documents
Complete the selfie or live check if prompted
Once submitted, your documents are securely sent to Sumsub for review.
How long does verification take?
In most cases, verification is completed within minutes.
In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours depending on:
• Image quality
• Document type
• Manual review requirements
You will be notified as soon as your verification is approved or if further action is required.
Why was my document rejected?
Documents may be rejected for several reasons, including:
• Blurry or low-quality images
• Glare or reflections covering important details
• Cropped or incomplete documents
• Expired documents
• Address document older than 3 months
• Name or address does not match your account details
If rejected, you will be shown the reason and can re-upload a corrected document.
Do the details on my documents need to match my account?
Yes.
The name and date of birth on your ID must match your account details exactly.
The address on your proof of address must match the address you provided during registration.
If you have recently moved or changed your name, please update your account details before resubmitting documents.
What is the selfie or live verification step?
Some users are required to complete a selfie or live camera check.
This is a security step to confirm that:
• You are the rightful owner of the ID
• The document has not been stolen or misused
Follow the on-screen instructions carefully and ensure good lighting.
Can I use someone else’s documents?
No.
All documents must belong to you.
Using third-party documents will result in verification failure and may lead to account restrictions or closure.
Is my data safe?
Yes.
All verification data is processed securely by Sumsub using encrypted systems.
Your documents are used strictly for verification and compliance purposes and handled in line with data protection laws.
